Due to infrastructure transition, inbound telephone calls to City of South Bend offices and City websites will be unavailable from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Friday, September 5, 2014. 

Note: The 911 Emergency Call Center will not be affected.

This will impact the following systems:

  • Incoming calls to City offices
  • SouthBendIn.gov and the following web services:
    • Business Licenses
    • Code Enforcement
    • Customer Request Tracking
    • Parking Tickets
    • Ordinance Violations
    • Utilities
