What is this service?
The City of South Bend now provides access to many historical and current documents through the archive storage system.
Easily locate documents with a variety of search options, including browsing folders and full-text searches. An individually customizable interface allows information to be displayed in the most efficient way for specific user needs.
- Locate relevant documents easily with key words displayed in lines of context.
- Pinpoint information quickly within documents through highlighted search terms.
- Export documents to PDF format for high-quality printing and easy distribution.
How does it work?
To access available documents, choose one of the following:
- To search by keyword:
- Click SEARCH
- Enter key words in search box
- To browse documents:
- Click BROWSE
- Navigate to the desired category by clicking folders.
Once the destination document has been retrieved, click "Download PDF File" button on the toolbar for an easy-to-read, print-ready version.
